How do I order and how long does delivery take?
Order directly on the site, paying online or cash on delivery. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Every chiminea is handcrafted, and made-to-order custom designs are available on request.

Can I return the product? Is there a warranty?

How do I cure a clay chiminea (first firing)?

Is a chiminea safe on a wooden deck?
Yes, with a safety zone: place the chiminea on concrete slabs, stone paving or brick (a patio hearth), with no roof or branches above the chimney. The wide bowl keeps sparks inside and the protective lid helps control the burn.
